How fast is delivery?
Most listing media is delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the shoot. Larger properties, rural listings, or add-ons may require additional time.
Are drone photos included?
Yes. Standard, Plus, and the iGUIDE Listing Package include 3 to 5 aerial photos when weather, location, and flight conditions allow. Additional aerial coverage may be available when a property requires it.
Are floor plans included?
Yes. Standard and Plus include a 2D floor plan. Plus also includes an interactive floor plan tour and Home Report. The iGUIDE Listing Package includes a full 3D property tour, detailed measured floor plans, and a property measurement report.
What is included with the iGUIDE Listing Package?
The iGUIDE Listing Package includes professional listing photography, aerial photography, an iGUIDE 3D Tour, detailed measured floor plans, a property measurement report, two virtual staging images, two virtual twilight images, three vertical property reels, a branded and unbranded property website, and MLS-ready and high-resolution files. Coverage includes up to 2,500 sq. ft., with additional coverage at $0.07 per sq. ft. An optional iGUIDE Site Plan (+$100) is available for properties where the lot and outdoor features are important to the listing.
Do you provide branded and unbranded property websites?
Yes. Every listing includes both a branded and an unbranded property website, making it easy to share the property online and have an MLS-friendly version available when needed.
Do you travel outside London?
Yes. Williams Media serves London, St. Thomas, Strathroy, Tillsonburg, Port Stanley, Komoka, Dorchester, Lambeth, Ilderton, Aylmer, and surrounding Southwestern Ontario communities. Travel fees may apply outside London — send the property address for confirmation.
Do you shoot rural, farm, and estate properties?
Yes. Rural properties, farms, acreages, and estate listings can include expanded drone coverage, land context photos, and boundary-style aerial views. Send the property address for availability and travel details.
Do you offer blue sky replacement or advanced editing?
Standard editing includes clean colour, exposure, straight verticals, and natural presentation. Blue sky replacement may be used when appropriate. More specialized editing can be discussed for individual properties.
How do I book a shoot?
